For what purposes do we process your personal data?

The purpose of the processing is the selection of candidates for the jobs offered by DRAGADOS. In other cases, the purpose of the processing will be the creation of a database of CVs to be used in future selection processes whose required profile may fit their characteristics.

In the event of providing us with references of third parties for the verification of the information provided, you must have previously informed and obtained the consent of these persons to be contacted by DRAGADOS.

Legitimation

The legal basis for the processing of your data in recruitment processes is the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject or the intention to conclude a contract.

The legal basis for the storage of your data for the purpose of participating in future selection processes whose required profile may match your characteristics is the consent that you give at the time of submitting your curriculum vitae.

If you have consented to the disclosure of your data to companies within the corporate group, the legal basis for this processing is your consent.

How long do we keep your data?

The retention period will be limited to the duration of the selection process in question, and your C.V. will be destroyed and your personal data deleted/blocked, unless you have given your consent for it to be kept for future selection processes, in which case the retention period will be 2 years. Once this period has elapsed, they will be deleted.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

For those cases in which you have given your consent, your data may be communicated to companies belonging to the Group. Among the aforementioned recipients is Dragados Offshore de México S.A. de C.V., located outside the territory of the European Economic Area, this processing being covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. If you wish, you may consult the Standard Contractual Clauses by sending a request to the contact address indicated above.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain information on whether or not DRAGADOS is processing personal data concerning them.
