The Management of DRAGADOS OFFSHORE, S.A. acquires the commitment to develop, implement, keep and continuously improve an Integrated System for the Quality and Environmental Management in accordance with the requirements of the OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Regulations and also with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC in order to fulfil with all the Clients and Stakeholders groups requirements, to ensure a safe working environment free of risk for all our employees and to respect the environment.

Every person who works in Dragados Offshore is responsible to ensure that safety, health, environment and quality are adequately managed and are included in all aspects of our Business.
Therefore our mindset is

Our Plan
· Require every employee to take personal responsibility for HSE and for everybody else.
· Stop all unsafe acts and operations related to HSE.
· Integrate the HSE and quality culture in all our processes including that of our suppliers and subcontractors.
· Establish clear and measurable objectives and targets in order to continuously improve our behaviour in HSE and Quality and our key performance indicators for the set objectives.
· Openly report our HSE and quality performance and establish a learning curve when results are not achieved.
· Identify, assess and mitigate all hazards and risks associated to our activity in HSE and Quality.
· Analyze in-depth the causes of accidents in order to establish the necessary corrective and preventive measures, with the overall objective to minimize risks and their potential consequences.
· Ensure all leader and personnel are provided with information and training to be able to comply with relevant HSE and Quality legislation as well as the codes, standards and specifications of Clients and Authorities.
· Ensure all leader and personnel are provided with information and training of Dragados Offshore HSE and Quality Policy, procedures and work instructions.
· Monitor our people´s´ health and mitigate the risk associated to professional illnesses through our Medical Services.
· Recognise those who contribute positively to the improvement of our HSE and Quality system and performance.
· Identify the necessities of our Clients and to undertake actions to their satisfaction.
· If accidents occur our emergency preparedness shall respond immediately with the utmost priority to reduce injury and loss.
